Home Closings (Buyer, Refinance, or Seller); Estate Planning Documents (Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living will, DNRs, HIPAA); CPA Certification Documents (Annual CPE Requirements); Investment Paperwork (Not to include Medallion Guarantees); Oil & Gas Land Leases; Probate Documentation; Children's Trip Authorization Forms (Sports Team Forms, etc.); Miscellaneous Legal Documents. Fees commensurate upon type of service requesting.
